At revibevinyl, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and straightforward return policy.
1. Return Period
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
•The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
•It must be in its original packaging.
•You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are exempt from being returned:
•Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
•Intimate or sanitary goods.
•Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
•Gift cards.
•Downloadable software products.
•Some health and personal care items.
•CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened or unsealed.
Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of business days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your banking institution).
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted. This includes, but is not limited to:
•Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
•Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend the following steps:
1.Check your bank account again.
2.Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3.Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from manufacturing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at revibevinyl@gmail.com and we will provide instructions for shipping.
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
7. Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item over $75 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
8. Consumer Rights in the United States
While federal law does not mandate a universal return policy for retailers, businesses are generally required to honor their stated return policies.
